Website usage restrictions

BY LOGGING INTO THE SITE, YOU ARE BEING COMPLIANT THAT THESE TERMS and you represent that you have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms. YOU SHOULD BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS THE SITE AND NOT CITIZEN OF THE US. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ALL OF THE PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT LOG INTO AND/OR USE THE SITE.

Subject to these Terms. Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the site solely for your own personal, noncommercial use.

The Green Route group is addressed as “we” ,”us”, “our company”. The user of the website is addressed as “he”, “customer”, “user”, “account holder”

We ensure that none of personal data of the user which he/she used on The Green Route website would never be shared to any 3rd party. Additionally, we promise that our users data can be forever erased/deleted from our database where it is stored in encrypted (AES encryption) format. The deletion of the user data can be done on request via support.

In order to use most aspects of the The Green Route Web Page, user does not need to create an account. Otherwise, creating account you do not need to provide your personal data. We ensure that none of entered shipping or sensitive data will be stored, or disclosed to third parties. All data will be encrypted and stored in a secured and safe environment. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times. The Green Route reserves the right in its sole discretion to set the requirements for, or to suspend, disable, deny access to, or disallow the registration of your Account for any reason. If you believe your inability to access your Account or The Green Route has made an error, please contact our Customer Support team. 

You acknowledge and agree that The Green Route shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the The Green Route Web Page. User has an option to erase , delete the account without leaving any personal information on The Green Route website. If User is unable to do it himself, he should contact customer support to delete/erase the account.

General Usage Terms

By accepting this agreement users understand the application of any product he is buying from Dispenseree web page and agrees to not to re sell, or provide it to under age.

Communication

By using Dispenseree web page you agree to receive communication regarding orders, services, support and promotion unless user has opted out from promotion.

Dispenseree reserves the right to contact customers in exceptional circumstances and with a personal offer/invitation but not more than two times for the same topic and not more that 2 times a month. All communication happening between user and Dispenseree should be carried in the polite manner. No rude behavior to be tolerated, in that occasion we reserve the right to end communication and refuse right to service.

Charges, Refunds & Billing

You understand and acknowledge that you may incur fees or charges from Dispenseree (“charges”). All charges will be identified in your cart prior to or during checkout, and in your receipt. Such charges may include some combination of the following: 

Item Price

The “Item Price” of goods and accessories are displayed with that item on the Dispenseree web page. The displayed Item Price may include discounts, promotions, and price reductions at the sole discretion of Dispenseree. At checkout, the combined Item Price of goods and accessories is the subtotal of an order as shown in your cart.

Delivery Fee

Price the customer pays for the packaging and the dispatch of the items. In some circumstances the delivery fee might be waived if the minimum order amount is met.

No return policy

Due to privacy reasons we cannot accept returns at this stage of the business. 

No Refund policy

After the order has been paid in full and confirmed, we will never offer refunds to anyone under any circumstances due to the nature of the business. The only time we will refund or replace an item is in the instance that tracking data on an order indicates the parcel has not been delivered. Refunds are in a form of a coupon code which can be used to reorder on our website.

Privacy policy

To order with Dispenseree we only require a UK shipping address; we also require a name and a phone number; however feel free to provide any name or phone number. We will always ensure that your order is dispatched in a smell-proof professionally packaged and unmarked container/envelope/box.

We respect our data and the confidentiality of our clients data. Therefore you can be confident that no one will ever know that you made an order from our website.

Replacement policy

All our orders are shipped on delivery methods that are tracked. In the event that your order has been stopped/lost, we will investigate the tracking data of the shipment and provide a replacement free of charge. If however the tracking status shows “delivered” and customer claims that it has not been received – we choose to trust our courier providers have delivered the order; and at that stage no refund/replacement would be issued.
